Discovery call
A free 30-minute video or phone call. You tell us about your company and the problem. We ask questions, share an honest first opinion and tell you whether we are the right partner.
Confidentiality
If you wish, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details, documents or data.
Requirements workshop
One to three working sessions with the people who will use the system. We map the process, the exceptions and the data, and put in writing what the system has to do.
Written proposal
Scope, stages, timeline, team and estimate in one clear document. We explain what is included, what is not, and what could change the estimate.
Development in two-week cycles
We work in short cycles and show you working software at the end of each. You give feedback early, and priorities can shift along the way.
Testing and acceptance
Automated tests throughout development, followed by acceptance testing with your team on real scenarios before launch.
Launch and training
A planned launch, data migration where needed, training for users and administrators, and close support during the first weeks.
Support and evolution
An optional support plan for updates, monitoring and improvements as your business changes.

Practical details

Who owns the code
You do. Once the final payment is made, the source code and all rights to it are yours, together with every account and all documentation.
Where the system runs
On your own infrastructure or on hosting we set up for you, in the EU or any other region you prefer. You keep full admin access.
Communication
In English, Russian or Italian, through email, video calls and a shared task board. One person coordinates your project from beginning to end.
Documentation
Technical documentation for developers and user guides for your team, handed over with the system.
Response time
Every message gets an answer within one business day. Support plans set the response times for incidents.
Team
The founder coordinates every project. For each one we bring in the right specialists from our network of affiliated teams: backend, mobile, design, testing.

The code is yours
Once the final payment is made, the source code and all rights to it are yours.
