Cost and timing
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the scope: how many user roles, screens and integrations there are, how much data must be migrated and what quality level is required. After a discovery call and a requirements workshop, you receive a written estimate split into stages, so you can choose what to build first.
How long does a project take?
A focused first version often takes a few months. We prefer to launch a useful core early and grow it in stages, instead of building everything in one go.
Fixed price or time and materials?
Either is possible. When the scope is clear and stable, a fixed price per stage works well. When the scope is likely to change, time and materials with regular reporting offers more flexibility. We recommend the model that suits your project.
Can we start small?
Yes. Starting with a minimum viable product (MVP) or a single critical process is often the best way to lower risk and see results early.
Working together
What do you need from us?
Someone who knows the process and can make decisions, access to the people who will use the system, and timely feedback on the demos.
Do you work with companies outside Bulgaria?
Yes. We have been on the market since 2017 and work remotely with clients across the EU and in other countries, communicating in English, Russian and Italian.
How often will we see progress?
Usually every two weeks, in a demo of working software. You also get access to a shared task board.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We begin with a technical review and documentation, then take it over step by step.
Is support mandatory after launch?
No. Support is a separate, optional agreement. We recommend it because every system needs regular updates.
Code, data and security
Who owns the source code?
You do. Once the final payment is made, the source code and all rights to it are yours.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, if you ask, before you share any details.
Where will our data be stored?
Wherever you decide: on your own servers or with a hosting provider in the EU or another region of your choice.
How do you handle personal data?
We design systems with access control, encryption, logging and data minimisation, in line with the GDPR and Bulgaria's Personal Data Protection Act. Legal advice stays with your lawyer or data protection officer.
AI
Is it safe to use AI with company data?
Yes, when it is set up correctly: business AI services that do not train on your data, the right hosting region, and only the data the task requires. For sensitive cases, models can run on private infrastructure.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We plan for it: confidence thresholds, human approval for sensitive actions, and a log of every decision.
Where should we start with AI?
With one frequent task that follows rules, and a short pilot on your real data. You see measured results before deciding to roll it out.
